The B.A. B.Ed. Integrated Programme is a four-year professional teacher education programme designed to prepare competent and socially responsible teachers for the secondary level of education.

At St. Xavier T. T. College, the programme is structured in accordance with the guidelines of NCTE and NAAC quality benchmarks. It integrates disciplinary knowledge in Arts with professional teacher education, ensuring a balanced development of subject expertise and pedagogical skills.

The programme focuses on developing reflective practitioners who can effectively respond to the diverse needs of learners and contribute positively to the education system.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be given relaxation as per government norms.
